Dietary methods that can accelerate the chances of getting pregnant

Many married women try to get pregnant fast. All things done include maintaining a healthy lifestyle. One way to maintain a healthy lifestyle is to set diet or diet. And it turns out, there are indeed many methods of diet that can increase the fertility of women and can accelerate the possibility of pregnancy.

The diet is a Mediterranean Diet. Research conducted at the University of Athens found that following this diet for six months before in vitro fertilization (IVF), can increase the potential of pregnancy and childbirth more easily than those who never do this diet.

In a study published in the journal Human Reproduction, researchers asked 244 women about their diet and diet patterns before undergoing in vitro fertilization. And it is known that those who follow the Mediterranean diet, its characteristics are eating lots of fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, grains, nuts, fish and olive oil.

The Mediterranean diet also provides a rule of reducing eating red meat so as to increase the fertility and potential pregnancy of women up to 65-68 percent compared to those who do not apply this diet.

The study's author, Professor Nikos Yiannakouris, revealed that actually improving female reproductive fertility rules is simple enough, that is to improve healthy lifestyles by eating healthy foods, not necessarily pegged to the Mediterranean diet, only the Mediterranean diet serve as one example.

It should be used as a reference that when planning a pregnancy, diet and healthy lifestyle should be applied not only to women but also men so the potential for pregnancy is greater.
